At Cambly Kids, we take every measure to prevent last-minute cancellations. Still, just as you and your family may run into unexpected personal and technical issues, our tutors deal with these same challenges from time to time and may need to cancel your lesson.
It's important to us that students have the opportunity to use all of their lessons. That's why, even if your tutor needs to cancel at the last minute, your minutes are automatically returned.
If you call your tutor and they do not answer, your minutes are also automatically returned. Just be sure to press the [LEAVE] button instead of closing the tab, window, or app!
If your minutes haven't been returned for any reason, you can request for them to be returned!
First, go to the [Progress] page and click on the lesson. Press the [Help] button and follow the steps! Be sure to make your request and schedule a new lesson before 3 am on Monday.
You can then schedule another lesson for later that day or another day that same week! Be sure to have a new lesson before 3 am on Monday.
There's no need to contact us unless you aren't able to schedule another lesson.
