Did you have a problem with one of your lessons? This article will explain what you can do if you have a problem during a lesson or connecting to one of your lessons.
If you were unable to connect to your tutor, or stay connected, you can make a request for your lesson to be returned!
You will only be able to request a return for a lesson from the website.
1) Just go to your child's Progress page and click on the lesson.
2) Then click on the Help icon and follow the steps!
Be sure to make your request and schedule a new lesson before 3 am on Monday!
