Did you have a problem with one of your lessons? This article will explain what you can do if you have a problem during a lesson or connecting to one of your lessons.
If you were unable to connect to your tutor, or stay connected, you can make a request for your lesson to be returned!
You will only be able to request a return for a lesson from the website.
1) Just go to your child's Lesson History page and click on the lesson.
2) Then copy the time and date of the lesson
3) Submit the lesson information with your request. To send your request to Cambly Kids Support: Go back to the main Cambly Kids Help Center page. Click the [Submit a Request] button at the bottom of the page.
Be sure to make your request and schedule a new lesson before 3 am on Monday!
