If you're going on holiday, your child needs a break, or something unexpected comes up, you can pause your child's plan for 1-4 weeks. The same number of days are then added to the end of their plan so they won't miss out on any lessons.
How pauses work
- You can't schedule or take lessons during the pause period, even if you have extra minutes. You'll see 0 minutes available until the pause is over.
- Any lessons scheduled during this period are automatically cancelled.
- We don't send a notification when your pause ends. Be sure to set a reminder to start scheduling lessons again.
You may not be able to pause your child's plan if:
- It's the first day of their plan. You can pause the day after purchase.
- Your child hasn't taken a full month of lessons since the last pause.
How to pause
- Log in to Cambly Kids and click on your child's profile image
- Select <Manage accounts> and enter your Parental PIN
- Choose the profile of the plan you want to pause
- Scroll down to the Status section
