You can submit an account deletion request from your child's profile. If you would like to submit a data subject rights request, please use one of the means provided in our Privacy Policy.
1. Click [Manage Accounts] in the menu under your child profile picture.
2. Select the profile of the account you want to delete. Scroll down to find the [Delete Account] button.
You must submit an account deletion request from the Cambly Kids website while logged in. We aren't able to do this for you. If you can't log in for any reason, use these directions to reset your password.
Important information about deleting your account:

You will immediately lose access to your Cambly Kids account. This means you will no longer be able to log in to this accounts, access your lesson history, messages, or account settings.
- You will immediately forfeit any minutes or credits in your account with no way to refund or retrieve them.
- Your personal data associated with the account will be deleted subject to certain legal exceptions, in accordance with applicable law.
- Your account deletion is irreversible.
We advise you that we are unable to delete your communications with Cambly on external messaging services, including WhatsApp. For more information regarding how you can delete these messages, please reference the relevant service’s privacy policy.
