Refunds may be calculated differently in each region. In general, here’s what you can expect:
1- To lose any discount used when you purchased your child's learning plan.
- You'll be charged the full price for the time already used.
- Any discount you used will also be cancelled for future purchases.
2- You won't qualify for a refund if the cost of the days already used without the discount is higher than the amount you paid for the whole learning plan.
In this situation, it’s best to have your child keep taking lessons until their learning plan expires!
Example: No Refund These aren't real prices.
You have a 12-month learning plan used for 10 months. With a 20% discount, you paid $960.
- Monthly price without a discount is $100
- Cost of 10 months is $1000 (10 x $100)
- You'd be refunded $0
$960 (amount paid) - $1000 (cost without discount) = -$40 (remaining balance)
Example: Refund These aren't real prices.
You have a 12-month learning plan used for 6 months. With a 20% discount, you paid $960.
- Monthly price without a discount is $100
- Cost of 6 months is $600 (6 x $100)
- You'd be refunded $360
$960 (amount paid) - $600 (cost without discount) = $360 (remaining balance)
